Financial Technology Minor
Financial technology is changing the way all financial services are offered. The innovations from FinTech are improving the delivery of banking and payment services as well as creating innovative offerings that bring new ideas to the market. The Finance industry needs professionals who understand this technology and can make decisions about how these advances will impact the market. The FinTech Minor prepares students to encounter new technology in Finance and make the important assessments about how it is applied to drive new services. The FinTech Minor brings Finance and Data Analytics together to provide a more complete understanding of the impact that technologies, including blockchain, have on the creation of new banking, payment, and financial services.
