Master of Science in Nursing: Nursing Leadership, Clinical Systems Track

Clinical Systems Track: Each track in the MSN Leadership is designed to support the student's specific expertise and career goals. This track supports students to implement evidence-based practice changes in their organizations. These projects build on the student's coursework and allows them to develop competency in leadership and leading change. Students take one elective course and complete the MSN practicum over 2 semesters to support their project in a complex environment. This track supports nurses who choose to become nationally certified in selected areas. Both the Clinical Systems and Integrated Healthcare track has the same number of total credits. STUDENTS DECIDE ON THE TRACK OF THEIR CHOICE AFTER COMPETING THE CORE COURSES AND IN COLLABORAITON WITH THE PROGRAM DIRECTOR.
