Certificate in Personnel Psychology
This program is ideal for an early- or mid-career individual who is currently working in, or would like to transition to, fields such as human resources, talent development, or talent acquisition. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
The Personnel Psychology certificate program is designed to meet the needs of full-time working professionals, while providing a rich, synchronous learning experience (many of the courses are offered in-person on our North Benson Road campus!). Certificate students complete four courses, often one at a time to allow for a balance between studies and career.
Certificate students will work closely with an academic advisor and have access to career guidance/services through the Industrial/Organizational Psychology graduate program and the Meditz College of Arts and Sciences.
Certificate students who decide to pursue a Master of Science in I/O Psychology (MSIOP) may apply successfully completed graduate courses towards their degree. Prospective students should contact the Graduate Program Director to discuss the application process and program plan for the MSIOP.
